Livi – AI Product Strategy & UX Design

A self-initiated concept project exploring how AI capabilities can be translated into intuitive, personalised health experiences, developed from business plan to interactive prototype.
Every project starts with people, not technology. For Livi, I began by writing a product vision and developing a business plan before touching any design tool. A Value Proposition Canvas mapped user pains, gains and jobs-to-be-done. The core insight: users have more health data than ever, but no clear guidance on what to do with it. From there, I evaluated AI use cases using the AI Project Canvas and KI Periodensystem, identified low-hanging fruits and assessed the ROI of each capability. Only after this strategic foundation was in place did I begin developing the UX concept.

Each AI capability, Predictive Inference, Data Analytics and Language Generation, was mapped to a specific user need before a single interface was designed. Strategy and design as one process, not two.
This approach shaped every detail of the prototype: from the modular data architecture to the tone of each micro-recommendation. The interface translates complex health data into a clear Longevity Score and actionable daily guidance. Livi is a proof of concept for what becomes possible when AI management thinking and human-centred design work together from day one.
